Stinto thrives off the success of our customers, and we’re looking for strategic, growth-focused, and results-driven Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to engage, retain, and enable Stinto’s customers. Our Customer Success team serves as the primary advocate for our customers, guiding them along a path to success and engaging resources across Stinto to accelerate the adoption and expansion of the Stinto platform. You will be responsible for: The complete post-sales lifecycle for a portfolio of Stinto customers Contributing to the development of Stinto’s methodology for creating customer value Project managing Stinto customers towards success, retention, and ultimately renewal Ensuring that all Stinto customers are making use of relevant features, and maximizing the value they derive from the platform Providing invaluable feedback to our Head of Product on platform usage, and feature requests To be successful, you will need: History of success as a consultant, account manager, customer success manager, or equivalent Proven track record of achieving targets and goals in a commercial setting Experience in managing large complex projects and enterprise customers Strong project and stakeholder management skills Strong structured problem-solving skills, and an ability to prioritize Good knowledge of change management principles Ability to travel 30 days a year Fluency Danish and English For more information or questions please contact us at sw@stinto.com or check out the post on The Hub for further details.
